Seiji ARIGA has been working in NTT Communcations since 2002. He is IP Engineer operating NTT Communications' Global IP Network (ntt.net), mainly in charge of design and implementation of its IPv4/IPv6 Asian network. He stared to operate IPv6 academic network since 1997 while he was a student at Keio University. |
