Visa

1. All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess valid passports.
   
2. Most of the Asian countries' citizen are required to apply for entry visas in advance. Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to ONE MONTH to be processed. It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular Offices to determine whether or not a visa is required and what are the required documents, as soon as possible. A list of countries with visa exemptions can be found here.
3. In the case that an invitation letter is needed for visa application, it will be issued to participants who have registered to join the conference/summit by email in a scanned PDF file format. Therefore, please register your participation as soon as possible. If you need a hard copy of an invitation letter, please contact us by the email provided below.
